And deep down, you already know your answer. Once, a leader who means a lot to me said something I'll never forget: An LCP doesn't own a Local Committee. An LCP is simply a temporary keeper of its key. You are given one year to repaint the walls, improve the home, strengthen its foundation, and hand that key over to the next leader with the Local Committee in a better condition than when you received it. Being the LCP of AIESEC in Tyumen means discovering new sides of yourself every single day. It means growing alongside the youngest Local Committee, building bold leadership in Siberia that knows no boundaries, and believing that anything is possible. But above all, being the LCP of Tyumen means loving this Local Committee with all your heart. Loving it so deeply that you're willing to keep going and never give up despite uncertainty, challenges, and fear. Don't waste your time asking yourself, "Am I ready?", "Do I have enough experience?", or "Am I the right profile?" Just start answering the application questions. Somewhere along the way, you'll find the answers you've been looking for. Leave the rest to the choice of Local Committee and trust the process. And remember: you'll never feel completely ready. - LCP StrategyThe candidate needs to present their strategy for the term 27.28 in the format of tool in Google Sheets. The tool must include following parts:
- LC strategy (ambition, focuses, MoSes and tactics);
- LC budget for the whole year (approximately);
- LC structure for both peaks (best, realistic and worst variants)
- Test results
- TasksYou can find tasks below, pay attention to the format.
- Endorsement letters– From someone whom you led
– From someone who led you (MCVP 25.26/LCVP 25.26)
– From external (company/customer/partner/etc.)
All endorsement letters should be submitted in PDF and contain a signature. One person can't endorse two candidates. Candidates can't endorse each other. Current LCP can't endorse any candidate.
